This policy describes how Enlace Labs collects and uses personal data when you visit enlacelabs.ai.

What data we collect

Server logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. processes server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We do not access this data directly and do not use it to identify individuals.

Email signup

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. Your email is stored in our CRM provider Attio, Inc. We use this solely to send you product updates. No other personal data is collected through this form.

Demo booking

Our "Book a demo" feature uses an embedded Google Calendar Appointments widget. When you book a session, your data (name, email, and any information you provide) is submitted directly to Google. Enlace does not capture data from this flow beyond what appears in the resulting calendar invitation.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for the website to function correctly, such as security features provided by Cloudflare (e.g. the __cf_bm bot-management cookie). These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies: remember choices you make, such as form state. These are session cookies deleted when you close your browser.

The embedded Google Calendar widget may set its own cookies when you interact with the booking feature. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.

Legal basis

We process personal data under the following legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):

  • Server logs: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retained per Cloudflare's data retention policy.
  • Email signup: consent, provided when you submit the signup form (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of withdrawal.
  • Demo booking: consent, provided when you submit the booking form to Google (Art. 6(1)(a)). Google's own privacy policy governs this data.

Data processors

We do not sell personal data. The following third-party processors handle data on our behalf or as part of website functionality:

International transfers

Cloudflare, Attio, and Google operate globally. Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Each provider participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or provides Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard transfers. Refer to their respective privacy documentation for details.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@enlacelabs.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Sweden, this is IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten): imy.se.
