About the Role
As a Product Engineer at Enlace, you’ll own features from concept to production — designing, building, and shipping the product that clinical trial sites rely on every day. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a product person and builds like an engineer.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features across our web application
- Work closely with users at clinical trial sites to understand their workflows and pain points
- Design and implement integrations with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eConsent, etc.)
- Make product and UX decisions alongside the team — not just write code to spec
- Own the quality of what you ship, from performance to reliability
- Contribute to technical architecture as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years building web applications — comfortable across the stack
- Strong product intuition — you think about the “why” before the “how”
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern backend frameworks
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Clear, direct communication — you write well and think out loud
- Bonus: experience with healthcare, regulated industries, or integration-heavy products
