About the Role
We’re looking for a technical generalist to join as one of Enlace’s first engineers. You’ll own features end to end, from the integrations that connect clinical systems to the interfaces that trial site staff rely on every day. You’ll have real ownership over what gets built and a lot of room to shape both the product and the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features across our web application
- Work closely with users at clinical trial sites to understand their workflows and pain points
- Design and implement integrations with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eConsent, etc.)
- Make product and UX decisions alongside the team — not just write code to spec
- Own the quality of what you ship, from performance to reliability
- Contribute to technical architecture as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building web applications, you’re comfortable across the stack
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern backend frameworks
- Strong product instincts, you think about the “why” before the “how”
- Clear, direct communication, you write well and think out loud
- Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in an early-stage environment
- Bonus: experience with healthcare, regulated industries, or integration-heavy products
