About the Role
As a Data Scientist at Enlace, you’ll turn the messy reality of clinical trial data into structured insights that power our product. You’ll work across data pipelines, analytics, and machine learning to help trial sites understand their operations and make better decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze clinical trial workflows and data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities
- Build data models and pipelines that transform raw clinical data into actionable metrics
- Design dashboards and reporting tools that help sites track trial performance
- Develop statistical models for forecasting enrollment, timelines, and resource needs
- Collaborate with product and engineering to embed data insights directly into the platform
- Work with real clinical data to validate and improve our integration mappings
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative research role
- Strong foundations in statistics, probability, and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, SQL) and data visualization tools
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about healthcare and clinical research workflows
- Bonus: experience with clinical trial data (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) or healthcare analytics
